I read every message and respond within a few days. Altkata is a small, independent project — there is no support queue, no ticketing system, just one person at the other end of that address.
For bugs, please mention which device and OS version you saw the issue on (Settings → General → About). If the app crashed, no extra steps are needed: Apple's anonymized crash reports come through automatically when you have analytics sharing turned on.
